Which forms of payment do you accept?
We accept payment by major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover), PayPal and Google Checkout.

Is it safe to enter my credit card information on DelishDelivery.com?

How do I know my order went through?
Once your order has successfully been placed, you'll be shown a page confirming your order and also should receive an order confirmation email.

How do I check the status of my order?
You can check the status of your order by logging into your account.

Can I change or cancel my order?
As long as your order has not been already placed for shipment or has been delivered, we can make adjustments to or cancel your order. Modifying a delivery date may have additional limitions and/or fees.

Do you charge sales tax?
Currently, we only collect sales tax from deliveries made to New York State addresses.

Do you accept returns?
Unfortunately, due to the fact that our products are perishable, we are unable to accept returns.

Can I include a personalized message with my order?
Yes, during the checkout process, you're able to add a gift message for each address your items will be delivered to.

Will I automatically be placed on your mailing list after placing an order?
During the checkout process, you are given the option to opt into our mailing list to receive updates and special offers. If you do not specifically pick to be opted in, you will not be added to our list.

How can I retreive a forgotten password for my account?
